Direct flights of about 1 to 1.5 hours from Rome, Milan, Bergamo, Bologna, Bari and other cities to Tirana. Durrës is about 40 minutes from the airport.
By ferry
Overnight ferry from Bari, 8 to 9 hours. It docks in Durrës itself, a short drive from the clinic.
