These terms apply when you use aeviadental.com and our free assessment. Your treatment itself is governed by your written treatment plan and by the consent forms you sign at the clinic.

Medical information

The information on this site is general. It does not replace a consultation and is not a diagnosis. Whether a treatment is suitable for you is decided only after an examination at the clinic. Results depend on each person's health, and we do not promise a specific result.

The free assessment

The assessment is free and without obligation. It is based only on the photos, X-rays and information you send, so it is preliminary. If the examination at the clinic changes the plan, you receive an updated written plan and price before treatment continues.

Prices

Prices on this site are "from" prices in euros, for the unit shown (per implant, per arch or per tooth). The price that applies to you is the one in your written treatment plan. The Italian prices shown for comparison are indicative and come from the source named on the prices page.

Appointments, deposits and cancellations

We agree appointments with you by WhatsApp, phone or email. If we ask for a deposit, the amount, what it covers and when it is refunded are written in your treatment plan before you pay. If you need to change your dates, please tell us as early as possible.

Travel and accommodation

You book and pay for your travel and accommodation yourself, unless we agree otherwise in writing. When we help with a transfer or a hotel, the contract is between you and that provider. We are not a travel agency.

Guarantee

The guarantee on your treatment is given in writing, with its duration and conditions. Only the written guarantee applies.

Use of this site

Texts, photos and the AEVIA logo belong to us or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy the content for commercial use without our written permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

We take care to keep the information on this site correct and up to date, but it may contain errors or become outdated, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, in particular for harm to health.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Albanian law. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country. If you have a complaint, write to us first: most questions are solved directly. Otherwise, disputes go to the competent court in Durrës, without affecting your right as a consumer to go to the courts of your own country where the law allows it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page on the day you use the site applies.
